The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly efficient and the location was amazing. It was 1 km from Greggs, offering quick-service food. We had a deluxe king room and it was top-class and recently renovated.

The room I stayed in was well-appointed and top-class with castle views. The location was absolutely perfect - right by the restaurant, spa, reception, and concierge, all the city center shops, and the business centre.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

1st class, fairly clean hotel with well-trained personnel from the doorman to the general manager. Brand-new room with stunning views of the castle. Savoury and free breakfast, a huge variety of food and beverages. Unbeatable location to the airport on the day of checking out, elegant style building.

The service was great, the room was high quality and recently refurbished. Staff were happy to help. The hotel's position was good and fab, in the Loch Lomand area. You can find Usquabae around 4-6 minutes walk from the property to a have lunch.

The hotel had a fantastic location a short walk from Co-op Food. Our deluxe king room was newly renovated with the Aircon set at 28C and castle view. The staff were happy to help with any questions or requests.
Expected that there would be bar, but we didn't find it.
